Terms and Conditions
- Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. The balance is due at least 30 days before tour commencement. Bookings made less than 30 days before travel must be paid in full immediately.
- Payment Modes
Inclusive Tours Uganda accepts the following secure payment options:
– Wise (International Transfer) – for USD and EUR payments.
– Direct Bank Transfer – to our USD Account at Centenary Bank Uganda.
– Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel Pay) – for local UGX transactions.
– Cash Payments – accepted in UGX or USD (notes printed after 2013).

- Cancellations and Refunds
If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following refund policy applies:
– More than 30 days before departure – 90% refund of total payment.
– 15–30 days before departure – 80% refund of total payment.
– Less than 14 days before departure – 50% refund of total payment.
– No-show or same-day cancellation – no refund.
– Gorilla and Chimpanzee permits are non-refundable, as per Uganda Wildlife Authority regulations.

- Amendments
Adjustments to itineraries after confirmation may incur administrative or supplier charges. The company reserves the right to alter routes, accommodations, or transport in response to safety, weather, or operational concerns.
- Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance prior to travel. Inclusive Tours Uganda can offer guidance but bears no liability for missing or invalid travel documents.
- Liability and Insurance
Inclusive Tours Uganda acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transporters, activity operators). The company shall not be held responsible for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from third-party acts, natural causes, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and property risks.
- Health and Safety
The company prioritizes guest well-being and reserves the right to postpone, adjust, or cancel a tour if necessary due to security or environmental issues. Guests must inform the company in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs.
